Event Volunteer Sign Up

Here is the schedule for the MARTA project. I would love your help as an Event Volunteer that day. I need support around making sure the event runs smoothly. We have tons of volunteers to help paint, but Iā€™d like to ensure I have help from my team and circle.

Please look this over and submit the form choosing the days and times you can commit to being on site :-). Keep in mind if you bring a team of people to help with you, we will move you from being a volunteer to a presenting sponsor and include your logo and site links on most promotional items both on social, the website, and at the event. If you volunteer for more than six hours, I will offer you a stipend for your time šŸ™‚

Summary of Role

The job role will probably include:

- Taking full trash to the nearby dumpster
- Helping direct people who park in overflow parking to the site
- Helping to direct traffic for people parking in the lot
- Station Greeters
- Helping to dump dirty water from buckets
- Refill them with fresh water
- Pouring paint into pint sized buckets with lids
- Labeling the barricades 150
- Packing up supply kits

10/09 - 9am - 12pm | Be present when Pressure Washer person comes (1 person)

10/10 - 3pm - 6pm | Ashley starts priming barricades using paint sprayers and a generator (2-3 people)

10/11 - 9am - 6pm | Artzy priming background, Charity and Leah start Step One of their design, Behr may be loading in paint on 18 wheeler (3-4 people)

10/12 - 9am - 6pm | Charity and Leah working (1-2 people)

10/13 - 8am - 10am & 4pm - 6pm | Volunteer Orientation (all event volunteers that are able) (1-2) people (Someone to monitor the Zoom so we can allow volunteers to be present virtually)

10/14 - 9am - 8pm - Kick Off Prep, Load in All event volunteers present

10/15 - 6am Load In, gone by 8pm (10-20 people)

10/16 - 7am arrival, gone by 7pm 8-15 people

10/17 - 7am arrival, gone by 7pm 6-10 people

10/18 - 6am arrival, gone by 7pm 6-10 people

10/19 - 7am arrival, gone by 7pm 6-10 people

10/20 - 7am arrival, gone by 7pm 6-10 people
